Vice President

Marcella serves as Vice President of Synagogue Center, bringing over 10 years of experience as a Childcare Director and a strong background in nonprofit leadership. With a graduate-level education, she is passionate about community service and dedicated to improving the lives of families through impactful programs and outreach.

Cynthia Rainge

Bookkeeper/Treasurer

Cynthia serves as Bookkeeper for Synagogue Center, bringing over 20 years of experience as a certified bookkeeper with Duval County Schools. With a strong background in financial management and accounting, Cynthia ensures transparency and accuracy in all fiscal operations.

Sharane Jordan

Executive Director

Sharane is the Executive Director of Synagogue Center, with 10 years of Naval Law Enforcement experience and 15 years as a Business Analyst in commercial banking. Holding a graduate degree in accounting, She brings strong leadership, analytical, and financial skills to drive the organization’s mission forward.

Program Coordinator - Partnership  ( Feeding America of NE Florida)

Tressie is the Program Coordinator and primary liaison for partnerships with Feeding America of NE Florida. With over 15 years of service in the nonprofit sector, She is dedicated to building strong community connections and ensuring effective food distribution to those in need.

Program Director -  A Crown Made EZI Program

Idayah is the Program Director overseeing A Crown Made EZI, leading with vision, compassion, and purpose. She is dedicated to empowering individuals through structured guidance, mentorship, and impactful community programming.

Erica Green

Mentor/ Coach -  A Crown Made EZI Program

Erica specializes in developing and implementing coaching plans, providing one-on-one mentorship, and leading training sessions and workshops on leadership and personal development. She is passionate about empowering individuals to grow, lead, and thrive.
